KPostCompany debuted on November 24th, 2003 and has $60,000,000 worth of projects in its portfolio after only four years. It evolved from a base of eleven roofing professionals with more than 250 years of combined experience. Today our team consists of 200+ employees, including 21 specialized crews.
KPostCompany is solely owned by Thomas "Keith" Post, who has almost thirty years of experience in the roofing industry and an excellent reputation among his peers in the construction industry nationwide. Keith has estimated and completed over half-a-billion dollars worth of projects ranging from $20,000 to $5,000,000 each.
KPostCompany is active in many industry organizations and has received numerous awards expemplifying individual employees, craftsmanship and the overall standard that it is setting throughout the industry.
In regard to bonding and insurance, we have earned an "A+15" rating and a bonding capacity of 6 miliion dollars per project (15 million dollar aggregate). Our insurance modifier rating is one of the lowest in our industry, ".68". Safety is not just a committment at KPostCompany; it is an important part of our culture.
