Employee Spotlight

Rickey Harp manages the Waterproofing division of KPost Company.

He came to KPost Company from Chamberlin Waterproofing & Roofing Systems, Inc. in Dallas. Rickey joined Chamberlin in 1982 as a Project Coordinator and Estimator, and moved up to Project Manager, Operations Manager, and finally Roofing Division Manager. He then came to KPost Company as Waterproofing Manager.

In addition to waterproofing, Rickey is the Project Manager for the Cowboys Stadium roofing project in Arlington, TX.

Rickey lives in Colleyville with his wife Erin and their two dogs. He enjoys gardening, fine wines and is a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
