Keith Post

CEO

Keith Post is the CEO of KPost Roofing & Waterproofing joining Steve Little and Jayne Williams as one of the three original officers to start KPost in 2003. Keith has more than three decades in commercial roofing where he began his career with Eagle Roofing as a Project Manager. In 1987, he was the original founding partner of Supreme Systems, Inc. and served as President for 14 years when he left to launch KPost.
Keith was one of the first contractors to be licensed from the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) and has a strong reputation for building envelope knowledge and integrity in the industry. Throughout his career he and his teams have been involved in many of the largest and high profile projects in North Texas including AT&T Stadium, Toyota North American Headquarters, the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and the Ford Center at the Star, Mary Kay Headquarters, Pioneer Natural Resources, JP Morgan Chase, Grapevine Mills Mall, Stonebriar Centre Mall, JCPenney Headquarters, Liberty Mutual, and Charles Schwab. Keith was one of the founding members of National Roofing Partners (NRP), a nation-wide partnership of professional roofing contractors proving facilities performance services.
Keith is a graduate of North Texas State University and lives in Lewisville with his wife Susan. They have three children, Lauren, Brittany, and Nick. Keith is an avid golfer, loves to travel, sail, and spend time with his family.

Steve Little

President

Steve Little is the President, “Head Coach”, of KPost Roofing & Waterproofing joining Keith Post and Jayne Williams in November 2003 as one of the three original officers to start KPost. In 2005, Steve founded National Roofing Partners (NRP), a nation-wide partnership of professional roofing contractors providing facilities performance services, and now serves as CEO. The 175+ NRP member companies and their 13,000 employees perform more than $1 billion in annual collective revenue.
Steve’s involvement in the industry includes serving on the board of directors for TEXO’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National and Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3), ABC’s National Membership Chair, National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA)/Roofing Alliance CTE Outreach Task Force, and a founding member of the National Women in Roofing (NWIR). He is also a member of ROOFPAC, National Roofing Legal Resource Center (NRLRC), The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and International Risk Managers Institute (IRMI). Steve formerly served as President of Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA), Construction Education Foundation (CEF) board member, various NRCA committees and the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council (CIOAC).
Prior to joining the roofing industry, Steve spent 20 years in the sports license products industry as President of Mouse Products (a Staubach Company), President of Licensed Lifestyles, Inc. (Tandycrafts), and owner of a large Southeast (professional & college) sports products manufacturers rep group.
Steve and his wife Pam live in Las Colinas, TX. They have two children, both married, and four grandchildren. Steve is passionate about the building envelope industry and loves to sail with family and friends in the Caribbean.

Jayne Williams

CFO & Safety Officer

Jayne Williams is the Chief Financial and Safety Officer for KPost Roofing & Waterproofing and is one of the three original officers who started KPost in 2003. Jayne has been in the roofing and construction industry since 1985 beginning her career with Hamilton Roofing & Acoustical Company in Lubbock, Texas. In 1990, she joined Supreme Systems, Inc. in Dallas where she spent the next 13 years as Controller. At KPost Company, Jayne is responsible for the company’s financial and administrative functions and is the Safety Officer.
Jayne’s accomplishments are many including being named the CFO of the Year by Dallas Business Journal, Financial Professional of the Year by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and was a LUNA award recipient from the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association. Under her leadership, KPost received the highly coveted Safety Star Award from ABC, ABC’s Gold & Platinum Safety Step Awards, as well as Midwest Roofing Contractors Association’s Elite Contractor status.
Jayne is an active member of several local and national industry organizations including serving on the board of directors for National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), TEXO Safety Leadership Committee, Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and International Risk Managers Institute (IRMI). She has served on NRCA’s Government Affairs, Affiliate Relations, Health & Safety, Executive Management Institute and Community Service and Disaster Relief committees, including chairing several of these committees. Jayne is also a certified Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST) and holds an OSHA-500 certification. In November 2005, Jayne became one of the founding members of National Roofing Partners (NRP), a nation-wide partnership of professional roofing contractors providing facilities performance services.
Jayne is a graduate of Midwestern State University. She and her husband Thomas live in Flower Mound, TX and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Jayne is active in her Methodist church and loves to spend time with her family.

Dusty Smith

COO

Dusty joined KPost Company in 2018 with a great career consisting of Preconstruction and Construction Operations within two ENR Top 25 CM/GC firms entailing regional campus projects in Healthcare, University, and Industrial facilities. Coming most recently from a large subcontracting firm in the Dallas area, Dusty brings CM/GC communication and customer relationship talents to our KPost Business Development and Operations teams. Dusty is well trained in Client Retention, Servant Leadership, Budget Tracking, Bid Packaging, Contract Negotiations, QAQC, OSHA, ASHE, and Post Bid Interview processes. He currently is one of four senior officers at KPost, officially titled as Chief Operating Officer. Externally he has served Texas A&M-AGC, Lions Club, District Lions, and United Way as an officer or committee chairman.
